BASIC FITNESS TIPS.

Drink 3 to 6 liter of water eat 1 kg vegetable,and 1/2 kg fruit is very must in your diet.

Avoid fried foods,junk foods,cool drinks,and other form of interim food's.

your timing for food is Break fast before 8 am,
Lunch on or before 1.30 pm,
Tiffen 4 pm (in the form of Nuts),
Dinner 6.30 pm,before sleep drink 1 cup milk.

per day 2 coffee or tea is good for health,

You should follow Sun @ wake up 5.30 am and go to bed on or before 9 pm.

In morning after wake up before brushing try to drink 1 liter of water in empty stomach.
