11.00 AM :- Oats / Corn Flakes / Fruits / Soup / Juices / salad.
1.00 PM : - Rice, Samber, Vegetables, Butter Milk, Egg white, Fish curry, Veg.salad.
4.00 PM : - Green Tea, Biscuits / Sundal / Sprouts.
8 – 9 PM :- Chappathi / Idiyappam / Dosa / Idli , Veg Kuruma, Sambar.
10.00 PM :- Milk (or) Butter Milk (or) Any Fruit -1.
